FAQs
What to expect ?
"We totally understand that trying something new can feel daunting, but rest assured, posture is a welcoming and supportive space for everyone. Your instructor will guide you through the class at a comfortable pace, offering modifications and support where needed."
What should I wear ?
"Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the reformer. If you don't have any, we have them available to purchase in the studio."
How can I book ?
You can book directly through our Acuity booking system or via our website. We also have a link in our Instagram bio that will take you straight to our booking page. Take a moment to explore our range of classes, from private sessions to group classes, and why not invest in yourself with one of our sanctuary-inspired class pass packs?
Is there parking available ?
While we don’t have a private car park, there is free street parking available in the lay-by just outside the studio, though spaces can be limited. For additional options, nearby car parks include Orchard Street and Orchard Way, both just a one-minute walk away.
Hydration..
We know how important it is to stay hydrated! As a sustainability-focused studio, we don’t sell bottled water, but we encourage you to bring a refillable water bottle. There’s a water fountain available to keep you refreshed throughout your session.
