Class & Cancellation Policies

24-Hour Cancellation Notice


We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all classes. You can easily cancel your booking via our booking system, Acuity.

Late Cancellations & No Shows

If you cancel within 24 hours of your class or do not attend, you will be charged for the session.

Studio Cancellations

In the unlikely event that The Studio needs to cancel a class, all refunds will be credited to your Acuity account.

Private Sessions


For private studio sessions, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Please email us directly at info@posturepilates.co.uk to cancel or reschedule.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Feeling Unwell or Experiencing Symptoms?


If you're feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your session for the safety of others. Refunds will be issued in line with our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Payment Policy

Booking & Payment


All classes must be booked and paid for through our website / booking system (Acuity).

Payment Methods: We accept debit and credit card payments via Stripe. Cash is not accepted.

Studio Etiquette

What to Wear & Bring

Clothing: Please wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely.

Grip Socks: Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the reformer. If you don’t have any, we have them available for purchase at the studio.

Water: We provide water at the studio, but you’re welcome to bring your own reusable bottle.

Bottles are also available for purchase.

Entering the Studio

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class. If you arrive earlier, please be mindful of the class in progress, as the class duration is 50. minutes, there will always be a 10 minute grace period to prepare for the next class.

Upon arrival, please remove your shoes and place them in the designated area along with any personal belongings.

Late Arrivals


We allow a 10-minute grace period, as we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. However, after this time, we won’t be able to let you into the class as you will have missed the warm-up. We prioritise your safety and want to avoid any risk of injury. This policy also helps us maintain the flow of the class for others. We appreciate your understanding and recommend arriving a little early to settle in.
